Everything went great! The description matched. A driver picked us up from the hotel and arrived on time. The car, of course, left a lot to be desired, but some people were taken by bus. The boat has seen its share of action; it's clear it's been sailing a lot, but that doesn't spoil the experience, to be honest. Lunch was delicious, but my husband didn't like it. We got chicken, spaghetti, salad, and a piece of bread. Drinks (water, local cola/Sprite/Fanta) were unlimited, and you could buy beer/other alcoholic drinks, ice cream, and maybe something else. The foam party was awesome. I think there were more adults in the foam than children. We made four stops for swimming. Life jackets are provided, and you can take a shower straight after the salt water. Basically, go, have a great time, and get a little break from all-inclusive. 😊★

Everything was great. After the purchase, I received a couple of booking confirmation emails, and then the operator confirmed the details and travel time via messenger. The bus arrived exactly on time, arriving at our destination around 7:30 PM, giving us plenty of time to browse the shops and take photos of the beautiful sights. The show started at 10:00 PM and lasted about 20 minutes. Make sure to reserve your seats early. We arrived at 9:20 PM and there were almost no seats left. We had to wait 40 minutes, but if you're traveling for the show, you'll have to wait. Departure was at 11:00 PM, and it was right on time. We arrived at the hotel in just 1.5 hours, which is incredibly fast. So, the service is definitely worth the money!★

We booked the night show included. The shuttle picked us up without any issues. Upon arrival at the park, we were given wristbands and told we'd be back at 11:00 PM. Some of the slides in the water area at the Makai itself were out of service. We were there on a Tuesday and there weren't many people, with lines lasting 15 minutes at most. The night show wasn't impressive. The driver met us in the parking lot and dropped us off. The organization was fine. There's nothing particularly impressive about the park; it's just a typical water park combined with a water park.
