We had a great time on this tour! Mena Gamil was our guide and he was really knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
Mena and the driver picked us up from our hotel on time. Mena explained the history of all the sites we visited, answered our questions, and then gave us a lot of time to explore by ourselves and take some photos.
The lunch we had at the end of the tour was very good. I would definitely recommend booking this tour if you want to visit all the major historical sites in Luxor.★

My partner and I did a private tour with Salwa and it was wonderful. Salwa gave good information, was very knowledgeable, kind, and the experience was smooth and great overall. We ate at a nice restaurant on the Nile and water was provided.★

Our driver Kassem provided excellent, reliable transportation throughout the day, ensuring we moved smoothly between all the sites on both sides of the Nile. His professional driving made the day comfortable and stress-free.
However, our guide Ahmed was absolutely phenomenal - hands down the best tour guide we've ever experienced anywhere! His genuine passion for ancient Egyptian culture was evident in every explanation and story he shared. Ahmed's enthusiasm was infectious, and his deep knowledge brought the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, Colossi of Memnon, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple to life in ways we never imagined possible.
What really set Ahmed apart was his personal touch and genuine care for our experience. He took us to one of his favorite local restaurants, which served absolutely incredible food - exactly the kind of authentic experience you hope for but rarely find. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring we had the perfect day was remarkable.

LOVE EGYPT TOURS are a magnificent company. We used them 12 years ago and were delighted to find that they were still operating and readily booked them to guide us around Luxor.
Hass, the owner, is just wonderful. Quick to respond to all questions before we arrived. He really is an ‘above and beyond’ kind of guy, a true gent who really cares about his clients (he leant me his own iPhone charger as I didn’t ring mine from UK).
Abdul was our guide. My he’s informative, he really knows his Egyptian ‘stuff’. He’s very enthusiastic and his love of Egyptology shines through.
Our driver was Ibrahim was a poppet too. I continue to send him my love and hope for that wedding invitation!
The cost of the tours we took were sooooo competitive. You’d look around at big tours of sightseers with their guide and feel smug that you have the undivided attention of Abdul. You don’t have to strain to listen, the tours are designed around you and your needs/pleasures.
Our holiday in Luxor was certainly made so very special by LOVE EGYPT TOURS. From airport pick up they looked after us so well. We felt very safe in their hands.
One final note: they were always very very punctual!
