The hotel is relatively new, and it was a great vacation with my family! The hotel has an elevator that leads directly to the hot spring area, which has both indoor and outdoor sections. The service was good; the staff proactively offered ginger tea to ward off the cold. However, there weren't many hot spring pools. Overall, it was a decent experience! The buffet breakfast was quite ordinary and not particularly plentiful.
