Overall, it was a good experience. Since it was the off-season in Qiandao Lake, it was relatively quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and relaxing! I had high expectations for the hotel, but I was disappointed. The facilities were good, and the lake view was excellent, but the service was lacking. Perhaps because there were many tour groups staying at this hotel, the service was disorganized and inattentive. It's at most a three-star hotel, far below five-star standards!
