I booked a tour for my mom and aunt. The two elderly people went on the trip.
After they came back, they told me that the tour itinerary was very good, and everything was fine, except that both the tour leader and the other members looked down on people from other parts of the country (most of the group were locals from Shanghai, and only my mom and aunt were from Nanjing). For example, every night when they were assigned rooms, they were given street-facing or corner rooms with dark rooms, which they were quite unhappy about.
As a nationwide tour group, this is something they really need to improve.Trip.com picks
