I chose a plan, paid, and received an email with a QR code. I downloaded the profile at home, activated it on the plane, and after restarting my phone, everything worked and configured itself. The profile was loaded into the eSIM adapter, as the phone itself doesn't support eSIM. Everything was great, the connection is decent, and the price is reasonable.
I never had a connection drop anywhere. Even on Koh Llan, I was always connected. I definitely recommend the eSIM from Trip/com. The price-performance ratio is 5+! A great way to stay connected abroad at a reasonable price! 5++++++++++++++++★

We vacationed in Pattaya from February 21, 2026, to March 6, 2026. I purchased an eSIM card the day before departure. As soon as the plane landed in Bangkok, I switched to the eSIM card. The internet is excellent; I shared it with my husband and daughter, and everyone has good internet. My daughter also connected her laptop, watched webinars, and filmed and posted videos on TikTok. Good afternoon, my husband and I bought two e-SIM cards. We installed them, and everything works perfectly. The only problem we had was the installation: it wasn't immediately clear where the QR code came from, which numbers needed to be entered where, and where to find them. After opening the QR document and reading the full instructions, everything became clear. I'd like to see some minor adjustments to the setup instructions in the purchase description. You say you need to confirm authentication first, then purchase. In reality, you need to purchase first, wait for the reservation to be confirmed, and only then open the document (which also doesn't display) and create the SIM card.★

My wife and I went to Thailand (Pattaya). I ordered SIM cards before leaving Moscow. I saved the PDF files with the instructions and QR codes that came with my personal account here on my phone. Then I simply installed the SIM cards in the phone settings, and upon arrival, I simply enabled them in the settings. The funniest thing is, my wife's SIM card worked right away, but mine had to wait. Thanks Trip.com! I've already hyped you up to the whole hotel!
