Rob was a great guide, very knowledgeable, helpful and genuine. Also he drives in a very safe manner. Itinerary was good, timing just nice . Would suggest giving water to each person and installing cup holders at seats.

We mentioned this tour company to our sister in law who lives in the Lakes. She said it was great value and one of the best. The following day we went. It was a wet day in the Lakes. But what a tour. We saw the 6 Lakes. Lisa our guide was fabulous. Very informative, funny, entertaining and a joy. I think we will do this or another tour. It was so much better than struggling up and down roads you have no idea of which way. So leave the car behind. All the staff at Mountain Goat were super

Great tour! Informative, friendly guide. The scenery was gorgeous, and the minivan was able to go places a large tour bus could not go. The boat trip that was part of the tour was also very good and having an hour on our own for lunch in Grasmere was good. Would definitely recommend, particularly if you do not have a car but even if you do it would be worthwhile.

Although the trip has been several days, but still remember the tour guide on the way to the wonderful explanation. Although we don't understand the specific content, the explanation of the cowboy-dressed tour guide and the good music he matched during the explanation process, so that we can also feel the music picture of the story sometimes cheerful, sometimes gentle and sometimes broad. Awesome! Because he knows that our English is not good, so we always take special care of us when we park on the way, which makes us feel very warm. Thank you! The only regret is that Trip.com here, until the meeting time is approaching, there is no phone call for our tour guide, tell us which tour bus to go on, let us find it ourselves. It is also recommended that Trip.com When providing this kind of English tour group later, you should be able to provide a bilingual travel notice in Chinese and English. This way, we can also find it ourselves when we look for the bus at the meeting point.


