Reviews: Ocean Spa Fuua Thalassotherapy Center SPA Experience in Atami
Guest User2026-04-02
This place features the largest infinity bath not only in Atami but also in Japan. The price includes a bedrock bath similar to a Korean jjimjilbang. There is a restaurant on the second floor; while the prices are on the higher side, if you order a main dish, you can enjoy a buffet-style meal with salad, rice, and side dishes. Vending machine drinks are expensive, so it is recommended to bring your own. Shuttle buses depart frequently from the McDonald's in front of Shizuoka Station, so you shouldn't have any trouble.

Reviews: Izu Tokai Bus Free Ride Pass "Ito & Izu Kogen 2-day Ticket"
Guest User2026-07-21
Ito relies on this pass to go to Omuroyama/zoo/Teddy bear museum/Kinosaki Coast/Komuroyama. Be aware of bus schedules, as some places run every hour. Leave the crowded attractions, especially Mount Omuro, and go a little early to wait for the bus, because there are so many people, there is a chance you can't get on the bus!
Reviews: Hakone Lake Ashi & Atami Fireworks Festival Day Tour from Tokyo | Small Group Max 9 | Hotel Pick-up Option | Hakone Shrine&Floating Torii Gate
Guest User2026-07-27
I thought the rain would be a disappointment, but I encountered Hakone at its most gentle. Lake Ashi in the rain resembled a watercolor painting, its surface shrouded in mist, with pirate ships gliding through it—it felt like something out of a Miyazaki animation. The torii gates over the water appeared even more serene on a rainy day, their vermilion gleaming after being washed clean by the rain, making for photos with an inherent sense of story. The moss and stone steps of Hakone Shrine, moistened by the rain, were exceptionally soothingly green. By evening, the rain had subsided in Atami, the lake a beautiful grey-blue, possessing a unique charm, and the evening fireworks bathed the entire area in romance. A special thank you to our driver, Shao. We had missed the tram exit, but instead of making us return to the designated spot, he picked us up at the new exit and even brought umbrellas, making driving in the rain much safer. Visiting Hakone on a rainy day is definitely an underrated romantic experience.
