The Shangri-La's Sariah Hotel in Sabah was excellent. Since it was our honeymoon, we informed Ctrip customer service of our travel plans over the phone. Ctrip then notified the hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room. The bed was covered with a large heart of roses, and the hotel's housekeeping manager had written us a greeting card, along with fruit and chocolates – very thoughtful! Thank you to Ctrip customer service for contacting the hotel so promptly; it added an unexpected surprise to our trip. I will definitely choose Ctrip again for my next independent trip; it's truly convenient and reliable. Thank you!

The internet worked well in Istanbul and Italy (Rome, Naples, Venice, Florence, Pisa). Even during long journeys between cities, the signal was good, and I could send photos and videos without any problems. I did lose connection a couple of times in Rome, but restarting my phone fixed the issue. 5GB per day was enough for two people; I could have used less. I recommend it.
