You'll receive an audio guide at the beginning. Contrary to the booking options, it's also available in German! This allows you to gain valuable information at the very well-signposted points. Due to construction work, some areas were closed off. Overall, an impressive building and a remarkable story. Highly recommended.

Maria (the guide) and Juan (the driver) were fantastic!! It was a long day because we visited three cities, but Maria kept the energy up and gave us all the information that made the tour educational yet interesting. She has a vast knowledge of history and art and adapted the information depending on the clients' questions. She speaks perfect Portuguese!! I recommend her to Brazilians who come to visit Madrid.
