You receive an audio guide at the start. Contrary to what's listed in the booking options, it's also available in German! This allows you to easily find information at the very well-signposted points of interest. Due to construction work, some areas were closed. Overall, an impressive structure and a remarkable history. Highly recommended.

The check-in and the itinerary by the tour agency was smooth. Guide was proficient on history. But itinerary was abit tight...not much time to do longer shopping at Toledo and Segovia.

In mountainous areas or on moving trains, the signal occasionally weakened or became briefly unstable, but it remained within acceptable limits and did not affect overall usability. ⚙️ The biggest advantage of eSIM is its convenience. It allows you to retain your original phone number, ensuring uninterrupted reception of important messages. This is extremely useful for those who need to check transportation information or adjust their itineraries on the fly. Customer service response time was acceptable, and basic issues were resolved effectively. However, if you expect to maintain high-speed network access in remote mountainous areas, it's advisable to lower your expectations, as terrain factors still play a role.
