Tour is excelent and tour team are great! it is a must to see places in Madrid. the bus is double decker, clean and beautiful. Oscar was excelent! very knowlegdable about the history. We are happy with the tour.

The check-in and the itinerary by the tour agency was smooth. Guide was proficient on history. But itinerary was abit tight...not much time to do longer shopping at Toledo and Segovia.
