From the very beginning, the guides provided clear and detailed information about the entire day, which made everything smooth and well organized. They were always attentive and genuinely concerned about all the passengers. The bus was super comfortable, making the journey very pleasant. A special mention goes to our guide, Carlos — his deep knowledge, explanations in Spanish, and passion for the history and culture were fundamental to the experience. His wisdom truly elevated the whole tour and made the visit even more enriching and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Spain. It was an unforgettable experience!

The check-in and the itinerary by the tour agency was smooth. Guide was proficient on history. But itinerary was abit tight...not much time to do longer shopping at Toledo and Segovia.
