Despite getting soaked in the rain 🌧️ that day, we still enjoyed the experience of exploring that side of Bali. We had a wonderful driver/tour guide (Wirma) and the other two people who were with us on the tour were great travel buddies. We got stuck in traffic for a very long time on our way back to Kuta, so we had a sing along in the car. 🎶 It was a very fun day overall. 🥰🇮🇩

Our driver Dedi was a lovely fellow who made us feel welcome and comfortable in his presence. He followed our custom itinerary to the dot. When we couldn’t go to one of the places we planned, he took us to a coffee plantation which was amazing.

It was a great ATV ride, a perfect blend of nature and human experience. There were rice terraces, caves, and waterfalls. We arrived by motorbike, and after an hour and a half of thrilling fun, we were served sandwiches and water. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely go again if we had the chance.

Booked Penida Island round-trip fast boat tickets (Sanur – Nusa Penida – Sanur) with El Rey Fast Cruise, and the whole experience was excellent. When arriving at the harbor, you need to exchange your booking for physical tickets at the El Rey office. The Google Maps location wasn’t accurate, but after a short walk around I found it without too much trouble. The process was smooth and well organized—staff provided the tickets quickly and clearly explained the next steps. After that, they arranged a shuttle bus to take us to the harbor area, which was very convenient and comfortable. The boats themselves were spacious and in good condition. On our trip, it was only about half full, which made the journey even more comfortable. The ride was fast and smooth, with no issues at all. The return trip was just as well organized—everything was on time and easy to follow. Overall, a very reliable and comfortable experience with great staff. Highly recommended!

The excursion was well organized. We were picked up from the hotel and then accompanied along the entire route. It was comfortable. We really enjoyed the snorkeling, seeing the vibrant corals and fish. The changing rooms and restrooms at the snorkeling area were in poor condition. After snorkeling, we were accompanied by a polite driver.

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^


