Our Ubud tour was absolutely amazing, thanks to our incredible guide. From start to finish, he made the whole experience smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable. He was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about Balinese culture, history, and local traditions. He explained everything so clearly and took us to the best spots beautiful temples, rice terraces, waterfalls, and hidden gems we never would’ve found on our own. He was also a great photographer and helped us capture some stunning memories. What stood out most was how genuine and caring he was, always checking that we were comfortable, giving us tips, and tailoring the tour to what we wanted. It wasn’t just a tour; it felt like spending the day with someone who really loves sharing the beauty of Ubud. We’re so grateful and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Bali. An unforgettable experience!

This was an amazing trip! The communication from the trip organizers was very good. They helped us arrange a private boat for snorkeling, which was an excellent choice, and worth every bit. Our boat crew was very professional and friendly, and made us feel safe all the way. Our driver and guide on the island, Putu, was fantastic. He was very friendly, and helpful, while sharing a lot of interesting information about the island. I would highly recommend this trip to anybody.

The service was superb. I booked a day in advance, and the seller notified me as soon as the flight was available. From arriving at the Alam base to completing the flight, the entire process took only half an hour, with absolutely no queues – incredibly fast! The sunshine, the sea breeze, and the scenery were absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfectly arranged. I highly recommend booking directly at the base.

This is a must do in Bali! Waking up at 2am was hard but it was so worth it. The view was amazing! That sunset brought on some emotions, it was absolutely beautiful! The black lava rocks were also amazing to see! The guide that picked me up in the morning was one of the kindest people I’ve ever come across, I happen to mention I like coffee and he made a quick stop at a local coffee place for me to buy the best coffee on the way back. The jeep guide was also so knowledgeable about the area and made the trip extra fun with some good music. Both went above and beyond to ensure I enjoy the day.Overall, it was a really great, once in a lifetime experience! If you’re in Bali and you’re not doing this, you’re definitely missing out!


