This trip was quite different from my expectation, but the views and the actual nature was amazing. It does feel like a factory trip as there are traffic jams all the time, people waiting for very long times just to take a photo, and in summer, it must be quite horrific. Our driver was quite good, but generally, it seemed like he just wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible and get us on the first boat back. It was an extremely hot day and of course you must take your own food as the “included lunch” was almost inedible.★

The staff were very friendly on arrival and during the trip. They were open about the possibility of not seeing manta-ray and unfortunately that day we didn't see any.However the experience was still a lovely time spent with my daughter. We saw some beautiful fish and 3/4 of the spots were great. We would recommend them to friends and family.★

I was satisfied with the tour itself. The driver who took me to the port was very nice. I also enjoyed snorkeling at Lembongan. I was a bit concerned that the driver who was showing me around town was smoking a lot.★

Nusa Penida itself is a paradise island, with so many incredibly beautiful places. You definitely need to visit it. Our driver, Sani, despite having a full day on the island, unfortunately didn't show us everything, skipping Crystal Bay and Tree House, citing traffic. Sani is a good driver, took great photos and wonderful videos, but his English is very poor, and he's certainly not a great guide. Unlike when we went to Ubud, our driver, Ade, was both our driver and guide. But we are very happy with our trip to this island! No regrets!
