We took advantage of this offer while in Vietnam and, frankly, were a little worried about signal issues. During the week we used it extensively on two eSIM phones, we had no issues at all. We had internet coverage almost everywhere, except in places where no one else had any coverage. Overall, it's a good travel solution with tethering and a reasonable price. We were in Sapa, the northernmost city of Vietnam, and the internet worked, we were in Hanoi, and we were on Catba Island, and the internet also worked. So, I highly recommend it.
