The duo of Nacho and Merak worked very well throughout the entire journey. We had two subgroups travelling on the same bus. The instructions were clear, and the commentary was witty and full of humour on the way there and back, while remaining appropriately respectful and serious at the monastery. At Montserrat, everything - from queueing to see the Black Madonna to the basilica visit - ran smoothly, making it a truly remarkable experience. I was particularly impressed that we departed exactly on time, as originally planned - a somewhat rare occurrence in Southern Europe. All in all, it was a very positive experience.โ

It was a very exciting performance. It was a fantastic time. A drink was included, but it was a little disappointing that my husband's drink didn't arrive. However, I suppose it can't be helped since it was a short order. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.โ
