The guide was engaging and knowledgeable, and everything was well organized and paced. Seeing the behind-the-scenes process was a real highlight, and the tasting was delicious — you really understand why Basler Leckerly are such a local specialty. A perfect activity for a short Basel trip and something different from typical sightseeing. Highly recommended!★

It was winter cold, regardless a tour not to be missed. It was snowing and wind velocity was high but worth the visit to the top of the mountain. English tour guide Ray had the trip planned smoothly, no hiccups and timed the trains, gondola, itinerary and organized well. Enjoyed the young man’s explanations and patience on the whole tour and guidance. Will use this travel agency and Ray again.★
