I purchased my ticket online and applied for a travel card at the airport station ticket counter, but due to a system problem, I was made to wait for about an hour. After that, I was told that they couldn't set up the card and that I had to go to the KL Sentral counter to have the unlimited travel plan activated. I was annoyed, but when I went out the ticket gate at KL Sentral, an employee was waiting and set it up for me right away. An hour is a bit of a waste of time when you're traveling, but the way they handled the problem was excellent, so I would recommend it.

Eagle feeding, fireflies & blue tears were slightly underwhelming. Lots of mosquitoes at night. About 1.5 hour from kl central, might be difficult to get grab when travelling back to kl central. Sky mirror was beautiful but a lot of waiting time for tide & others to take photos. A lot of long waiting time between tours.
