The driver was great and accomodating and he was timely as well for the entire trip. However there were some issues with the description of what was mentioned in the programme. It stated that Simatai was one of the locations that would be included in the programme. However, there was a requirement to pay additional 200 yuan for this. Therefore the description of the programme was misleading. Other than this everything was smooth!★

Cathe was extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and helpful. She gave us a Chinese History 101 lesson, while we were touring the Summer Palace. At the end of the tour, we had a medical emergency and Cathe came to our rescue. She found a nearby hospital, called them to ensure they were opened and accepted foreigners. Because of her help, we were able to get the medical help. More importantly, we were able continue our vacation with ease and be at peace. Thank you, Cathe for everything. Summer Palace was very crowded on Saturday. Although we bought entrance tickets, we saw that in the venue, there were other sites that required additional payment. The company’s representative Larry was approachable and responded very quickly to my queries on my purchase tickets.
