Joseph explained the history well, and we were able to easily follow the city's development. We were able to rest and have a drink in the lovely cafes or on the rooftops.

James was a perfect guide, super cool and very friendly. However, we weren't allowed to take videos, only photos. That's a shame.

Tony the driver and Kevin the tour guide were fantastic and the tour really covers a lot of ground and speaking to the history of the city and key highlights of the landmarks. I’m not sure that the glass top was worth it in the winter for a couple reasons (1. I imagine the open air environment in warmer weather is a plus and 2. The glass was covered in ice and salt residue from the winter weather which made it hard to actually see anything clearly through it.) I highly recommend the tour and if you are a music lover, we especially recommend Kevin as the guide 😉 One other note, Kevin’s preparation of the group to experience the 9/11 Memorial was incredibly meaningful and enhances the experience significantly.

Absolutely brilliant! The history and information telling the story of the area and architecture was second to none. Our guide Conner was amazing and the experience exceeded my expectation. 5 stars plus all the way. Highly recommend and would do again.


