The caves at Postojna were like nothing we have ever seen before ( and we've seen a lot of caves!) They are truly spectacular and no photos can do them justice because they are massive. We loved them! Predjama Castle is both dramatic and impressive, peeking out of the cliff, having cave rooms and we learnt a lot there through listening to the audio guide, but in a fun way. The beauty and tranquility of Lake Bled were stunning and being rowed over to the island with just the sound of the water splashing off the oars and the birds singing in the trees was glorious. The views we had from looking down on the island, church and lake from Bled Castle was the perfect way to end the day. Thank you to our guide, Ule, for making it such a wonderful day for us. We would thoroughly recommend this trip!

We had a group of 6 and the guides were all awesome! The videos are great. Wear clothes with zippers to be able to keep your phone with you. The view is amazing. Thank you very much!

It was a great tour, with a great guide that matched the description. Because it was a a smaller group, we were able to negotiate times and the guide genuinely cared about our experience and opinions. The transport was comfortable too

Reviews: Lake Bled half day tour from Ljubljana
Guest User2025-06-04
I joined the Lake Bled half-day tour from Ljubljana and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The lake itself is breathtaking—peaceful, turquoise waters surrounded by mountains, with a picture-perfect island and castle. Our tour guide was amazing—super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He even helped me take some beautiful photos at the best scenic spots, which I really appreciated. It was a small group tour, which made the whole trip feel relaxed and personal. There was no rush, just time to truly enjoy the stunning views, walk around the lake, and even try the famous Bled cream cake. I also met some lovely people on the tour, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a chill and memorable trip, perfect for anyone wanting to escape the city and connect with nature. I highly recommend this tour if you’re visiting Slovenia!
