When I was planning my trip to Chiang Mai, although I had some initial ideas, I was still somewhat indecisive and conflicted. After careful consideration, I still asked planner Winnie for assistance. After reviewing my plan, Winnie helped me refine it and meticulously arranged our short four-day, three-night trip. Before departure, Winnie and her team helped us with pre-trip preparations, ensuring that I, being careless, completed immigration procedures 12 hours before departure, avoiding wasting time at immigration. Winnie and her team monitored our itinerary every day, no matter how early or late; her team was always online with us, which made us feel very reassured. The event organizers who partnered with them also flexibly adjusted the itinerary, so even though the rainy season arrived early, it didn't affect our trip at all; we successfully avoided the rain and they recommended many delicious local restaurants. The problems we encountered included... The restaurant we wanted to book couldn't be booked online. Winnie's team still worked hard to find locals to help with the reservation. Although this was our self-organized dining trip, they wanted us to have no regrets and tried their best to solve our problems. Also, I left my things at a breakfast shop, and her team worked hard to help contact the shop. Even when the phone was busy and I was about to give up, they persisted. In the end, they successfully got the shop to find my things, giving me the opportunity to retrieve them. Their dedication and effort, treating customers like family, touched and moved me deeply. They didn't just handle their own schedules; they even coordinated our own schedules to ensure we weren't rushed. Finally, the biggest highlight of this trip was meeting the celebrity Huang Xiaoming filming a program! I can only say, I love Winnie to death! If she hadn't adjusted my schedule, I probably wouldn't have seen her. This unexpected surprise was a wonderful delight. I was extremely happy! In summary: You can trust Winnie and her team. From communicating the itinerary to handling every little detail of the trip, they will assist you. They definitely wake up earlier than the guests to be online and accompany you throughout the entire journey. Their dedication, hard work, and professionalism are what motivate me to write so much to share with everyone after the trip. Finally, thank you Winnie and her team member Alto for your meticulous care and assistance, which made my family and I have a wonderful time!

Good option. I used it for Costa Rica and the layover US cities. It is simple, convenient, and very affordable. Sometimes in Costa Rica, the reception is spotty, otherwise, no problem.

I bought it for using in Seychelles. It was working good there and cheaper than offeres at the airport and some other companies on internet. Than i used it in Istanbul and a few days in India. Unfortunately didn't cover Agra and some places in Delhi
