Great experience! They picked us up from our hotel, very friendly and lots of info on the area. ATVs were nice and fast, the jungle was dry and dusty, standard for May. We saw cool birds and plants, very scenic, had a great time and we felt like great friends with guides by the end of the trip!

Very well, I am a Quebecer from Montreal, so for all these years, an experience on par with the success of the circus, and the enthusiasm of the moment, the wonder at every second, I was accompanied by an American and he was amazed by so much talent in so little time, the imagination and the pleasure of all the visualization.

Was pretty fun, tour guide was great. Public transit was a tad crowded, and the on the water seemed a bit shorter than the 3-4 hour advertisement. (There’s multiple advertisements, one of them said 3-4 hours on the water) We only snorkeled in the water for 40 minutes in total which should have been in the advertisement, not in the FAQ. But this was a fairly cheap excursion and I felt it was worth the money I paid even though I felt it was a bit misrepresented in the advertisement. It was interesting to get a view of the island and the birds.

It's really very well organized and very pleasant. The only disappointment: there are more fees than what the website indicates. It was supposed to be US$20 (a presentation I find regrettable… why not state it in Mexican pesos?), but once there, we were told about other, rather substantial, fees… I was really angry that I hadn't been informed beforehand. The concept of a captive customer has always royally annoyed me.


