Meeting place was easy to find but transport was a white mini van which wasn’t as described, had to approach a gentleman to confirm it was for us. Journey there was easy and simple! The spa itself was amazing, 10/10, 100% recommend!!!!! For the journey back they got us an all paid for uber which was there within 2 mins and took us back!★

It was a great opportunity to discover the suburbs and the countryside of Romania with a pinch of history! The tour guide named Vladut was great, lively, informative and with an exceptional English accent! The ride was okay and the driver was experienced! The visit in Braşov was maybe a little bit rushed but it is understandable due to the pretty packed schedule!★

It’s cheaper to buy tickets direct and join a regular tour. With this option you’re just escorted to the palace where a regular tour guide shows you around. The tour itself was great.
