The trip was great and very well organized. Our guide (Alexandra) and our driver, Daniel, made the trip even more unforgettable. In Siena, we had a Spanish-speaking guide who was also very interesting. We chose the included lunch with wine tasting, which is also worthwhile. The only less good thing, but understandable since we only had one day to visit 3 cities, is the speed of the visits; we only got a taste of each place.

The tour was quick and dynamic, the guide Dani led us very well, telling us historical facts and interesting tidbits. The driver Francesco was also great. As it was our first time in Italy, it was nice to visit 3 cities in one day and be able to see more tourist attractions! But the stops in the cities are very quick and punctuality is essential to be able to do everything.

Martha (guide) and Massimo (driver) were excellent. This is a long day but beautiful scenery. We left lunch right after dessert to have extra time in San Gimignano and was worth it. We also skipped the guided Siena tour and went to the Cathedral and to explore on our own. This was the right decision since those who stayed in the guided tour barely had 5-10 minutes inside the cathedral, which is not nearly enough. Beautiful day in Tuscany!

Beatrice was our guide and her knowledge and care was outstanding. On the way to our final stop in Pisa, we were delayed about an hour due an accident ahead. When we finished the Pisa tower visit and left for the hour ride back to Florence, Beatrice came down the aisle asking each party if the late return had caused any problems. For us, we decided we should take a taxi rather than walk to our hotel and she made the arrangements for us. She provided similar help (restaurant reservations, early morning taxi pickup, etc.) for others, a very professional and thoughtful service to her customers. Thank you Beatrice.


