The local team is very professional, with their own store in the town. The store has a parking lot, training room, changing room, and a huge cultural and creative gift shop. They are very professional! After four hours, it was not as tiring as I had imagined. On the contrary, it was full of fun and a first-time experience for me.★

The flight over Mount Cook was the most worthwhile part of this New Zealand trip. The flight was smooth, and we got up close to the beautiful snow-capped mountains. We even stopped to play in the snow – it was such a wonderful experience, something you can't experience in China.★

Overall, booking through Trip.com was excellent, and customer service was readily available. Although the flight was cancelled due to weather conditions on the day of the trip, we were able to reschedule for the following day directly through the counter. However, the original hiking tour was full, so we opted for the shorter 45-minute helicopter tour instead. Trip.com also assisted with the refund.★

I can't say enough good things about this cruise! We had a change of plans due to weather and we booked this cruise at the last minute. We were very fortunate that they had a few openings left. They ladies on the phone were so courteous and helpful. Once we got on the cruise, we were greeted by the friendly lLucy! The Captain and the cute dog, Theo, made this a trip to remember. We saw dolphins, a mama and a baby swam right by the boat! Several seals were sunning with their little ones. We even saw an albatross soaring above us!
When I booked this tour I was not sure how they could have a 5 star with so many reviews. But now I get it. Such an amazing family owned and operated company, I highly recommend going!!!★

It was quite interesting. We originally wanted to book a 3-hour session, which included about 2 hours of glacier hiking, but it was always fully booked. So we changed to this ski lift + helicopter tour + 20-minute ice activity. During the chechin, we were asked to pay an extra NZ$20 fuel surcharge per person. While I can understand this, it wasn't mentioned beforehand, so it was actually a breach of contract by the business.
