Just back from such an amazing experience- stunning views but I have to give a shout out to our guide Ajo- she is quiet possibly the best guide I’ve had (and I’ve done loads on here ) , very attentive to everyone, full of knowledge and just a warm person - I got the sense that she really cares that her group have the best experience. Would thoroughly recommend using citywonders as they kept you fully up to date with messages and you maybe lucky to get the same guide.

I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.

Convenient departure point from Central Station. Good bus. When you board, they give you a ticket with your return departure time. We've used this route twice already.

Beautiful family tour with our excellent Guide Maria Christina, who was very kind and informative every step of the way. The Driver, Salvatore made us all feel safe and welcomed. Also he takes great pride in his bus as it was always clean, comfortable and in good condition. Great day tour to experience scenic views and relaxed atmosphere. Thank you for the wonderful day and memories☺️


