I really appreciated the attitude of the front desk staff, and the massage therapists' skills were exceptional. The overall environment was very upscale, making a massage here a truly enjoyable experience. It's a bit far from the MRT station, but you can book a shuttle service in advance, and the staff arrived at Phromphong station on time. From the moment you enter, you'll feel the meticulous service and relaxing atmosphere; the welcome drink and cool towel instantly put you at ease. Before the treatment begins, you fill out a questionnaire to confirm your massage preferences and areas you'd like to focus on or avoid. The therapist then uses professional techniques combined with warm essential oils to address your needs. I opted for an organic coconut oil massage (60 minutes), which was gentler than I expected, deeply relaxing all the muscles and acupoints, soothing my tired body and mind with each press.★

The gold exfoliation and spa treatment was very comfortable, leaving my skin feeling non-greasy; however, the facial spa sessions were a bit lengthy. Next time, I'll just choose the body treatment and skip the face. A great place to come back to. I booked online in advance and checked in on the day. When I checked in, I discovered there were special offers available, making it cheaper than online.★

What a find! Na Nirand exceeded our expectations. The staff was impeccable, the property beautiful, the food / restaurant is gourmet, the spa treatments were excellent and the price of everything was quite reasonable. This is a hidden gem. We would definitely stay there again and recommend.★
