Easy to use. Booking seats online is very convenient and saves a lot of time. Then, on the day of the flight, you pick up the actual ticket at the counter by showing your passport. Or, if you feel the booking time is too long, you can ask the ticket counter staff to change the time.★

I used this service for the following routes: Taipei-Tainan, Tainan-Chiayi, Chiayi-Tainan, and Tainan-Taipei. I was able to book online the first time, but after that I couldn't book online and had to book at the counter. Please be careful! I enjoyed the excitement of having stickers indicating my destinations attached to my ticket!★

This is a great value ticket package with unlimited use within a 3-day period. Buying the tickets separately would be much more expensive. It's a good deal for Taipei-Kaohsiung, Kaohsiung-Taiyan-Kaohsiung, and Kaohsiung-Taipei routes.
