The tour package included a winery visit on the return trip, but it didn't. The time was also shortened by an hour. We encountered traffic and asked the tour guide if we could rest and use the restroom, but he refused. His attitude was poor. The return trip, which had been delayed by two hours due to traffic, took three hours, and we didn't get to visit the winery.★

I definitely recommend this trip! The guides were fantastic - they explained everything clearly, took great care of the group, and supported each person individually whenever needed. On top of that, they were such a lovely and friendly team! The climb was very well organized, and the experience of reaching the top of the volcano was truly one of the best I’ve ever had. I had an amazing time and will never forget this adventure. Thank you!★

GYG meeting time was 10:20am for 10:30am departure. Boarding started at 10:00am. Transportation was by ferry not catamaran. No cars on board. First level has seats with tables and with food and beverage area. 2nd level had airplane style reclining seats. Get there early for best seats. 6 bathrooms. Nice staff. 2 hours one way to island, 1 hour walk [800 meters] through nesting area and lighthouse. Then 2 hours back to dock. If you arrive by cruise at Muelle Prat, the ferry leaves from Tres Puentes, 11 minutes away by taxi.★

There were some issues with the phone settings, and after installing the SIM card, there was no connection for a while. Tech support also didn't respond promptly. We had to resolve issues like ordering a taxi and checking into a hotel using Wi-Fi. However, after tech support responded, everything worked perfectly and there were no connection issues.★

My family loved this tour for our weekend in Puerto Varas! Ricardo and our driver are very experienced and knowledgeable on the Parque Nacional Vicente Perez Rosales. Petrohue Falls, Todos los Santos lake and Osorno Volcano were spectacular! We were grateful for a fairly clear day with minimal rain. There were clouds over Osorno, but some sunshine too. The next day we were excited for spectacular views of Osorno from Puerto Varas and Frutillar (where we visited on our own). Ricardo speaks very good English. Bring 6,000 CLP/person for boat ride; buffet lunch is also extra, very good meal that you can pay for with credit card. Lovely day! Very responsive too, I accidentally left my hat and mittens in the van and the driver came back to return them to me which was very kind!
