We booked a few days in advance and received a text message with the vehicle registration number and directions to find the car, which was very easy. The car parked nearby, so we didn't have to drag our luggage far. The car was clean, the seats were spacious, and the driver was experienced. There were also stops for bathroom breaks.

The product itself is good. However, the driver tends to arrive late for pickup or gets delayed as he picks up more passengers or picks up a friend in his car along the way. Thanks to that, I experienced the cold wind hitting my body. Still, at least we arrived at the train station safely with our suitcases....

The driver called the day before arrival and 30 minutes before arrival at the destination station. He was actually waiting to greet us at the elevator exit. The 8 seater business van was clean and comfortable. The seat I was on had a heater and massage mode. The journey was smooth and the driver was friendly and joyful. He would drop everyone exactly at the hotel front door. I was so pleased with him that I booked on Trip. Com again for my return trip and luckily the same van and driver came to fetch us from the hotel

Overall a good experience. Many thanks to late evening support in the process of booking. Make sure you receive bus information with location for stepping in the bus and number plate + phone number of the driver. You will receive it via trip messenger or via text message when you have a Chinese number. Just verify the location, since hotel names are sometimes changing and not always clear for non native speakers.

The experience is 100% recommendable. It is a charming show, the acrobats are impeccable. You don't need to pick up tickets, just show the QR from the Trip voucher. It is a very convenient location too, just about 200 meters away from tge subway station "Shanghai Circus World", line 1.

I highly recommend it, you can see well from everywhere. The hall is 50% empty, so you can easily sit lower. It’s not Du Suns, of course, but it’s very decent!
