Our guide was very good and helpful, but he did have an accent that made it difficult to understand him at times. It was a small group experience and the minivan had a lot of seeds in it so it was very cramped. There was no legroom, which made it difficult when we spent so many hours on the bus. The sites were well planned and worth seeing. And we had sufficient time at each location.

We had a great experience on this tour! The itinerary included some of the most spectacular sights in the Canadian Rockies, including Peyto Lake, Bow Lake and the Columbia Icefield. A great plus was that while the other guests who chose to do the Columbia Icefield Glacier Experience and Skywalk were taking part in those activities, our driver took us to Sunwapta Falls and Athabasca Falls instead. Both were absolutely beautiful and made very good use of the extra time, so we never felt like we were simply waiting around. Our driver was friendly, helpful and made sure everyone had a great experience throughout the day. The scenery was incredible, and the combination of the main stops and the additional waterfalls made this a very enjoyable day trip. Highly recommended!

We joined this tour in late September. It was given in both English and Chinese, and our guide Lisa and driver James did a great job, thank you. The itinerary order was different from what is shown on the website; as Lisa explained, the change meant we arrived at each lake at the best time of day, and we saw both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise at their most beautiful. We spent about an hour at each lake and still visited many other places. Our group was around 40 people, but everyone kept to the schedule well, and we managed to see all the essential spots in one day. On the way back, Lisa dropped guests off at their different hotels. There were mandatory a $5 customer fee and a $20 service fee per head. I think this is their version of a tip. If you want a relaxing tour, this one may be too tight. But if you want to see everything in one day, I recommend it.
