Rafael was very professional and his explanations were engaging. My 6-year-old daughter loved it. She says she'd give it a thousand stars. It was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive.

Rafael was an excellent guide, running a dual language tour including both parties in all activities. Flexible pick up location and smaller group size made this tour very special. The van trip wasn't just sleep and chat amongst yourselves, it was a inclusive discussion/education on the local history/floura and fauna. Rafaels attention to detail made the trip even more special going out of his way to make everyone feel included. 10/10 would suggest this Guide/Tour for a trip in to Northern Spain.

Our tour guide Gabriela was amazing, very knowledgeable and switched from English to Spanish with no effort. Great driver too. The two places we went were very nice, a must stop when visiting Santander.

Overall good, but directions to the bus stop were misleading as the first 3 buses were all full and we had to wait about 50 minutes before we got one, when we could have gone to another stop and got in a queue near the cruise port
