Our tour guide Andres was great, our driver Steven was very good and we had a wonderful time exploring the waterfalls in Chorros Giron and Chardelay. They were both informative, helpful, flexible and provided excellent information. I definitely recommend agency for Cuenca and any other areas of Ecuador. This tour was wonderful! The guide - Cristian - is really knowledgeable and was able to engage our mixed group (ages 5 - 65, mix of English and Spanish speakers). The artisans he works with in Gualaceo and Chordaleg who share their talents with the group are amazing. He was also on top of making sure the lunch met several varying dietary needs.

We enjoyed our historic tour of old Cuenca Panama hat factory with Wilson as our guide who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The highlight of my trip was watching a demonstration of the Panama hat making process and appreciating the Romanesque , Gothic and Renaissance styles with three domes protruding from the roof of the Cathedral of Immaculate Conception.

Our tour guide Diego was the best we’ve had while traveling in Latin America this last year. He was knowledgeable not only about the El Cajas National Parks history, but plant and wildlife residing there too. Diego was also energetic and engaged throughout the entire day from pick up early in the morning till he dropped us off late in the afternoon. El Cajas is a must see national park. With its multiple ecosystems, terrain, climates and wildlife within. This jewel should be well known as Yosemite, Yellowstone or the Amazon Rainforest.
