The hotel bookings on Ctrip were quite reasonable and conveniently located. The local travel agency was also very responsible and answered all my questions. There were no shopping arrangements made by the travel agency throughout the trip; it was all free time.

Literally the best trip I've ever had. We had so much fun there. Definitely would recommended to go there with Phat guide. He speaks English well and know a lot of tricks to save your money and time.

It's a Gazelle, by the way. But the interior isn't like a minibus, with comfortable, leather-like seats. The route from Nha Trang to Dalat is very scenic, as Dalat is in the mountains. At times, the road seemed dangerous; mudslides do happen there. But the driver was professional, and we had a wonderful ride, stopping once for 20 minutes.

Everything was wonderful, we really enjoyed the tour! The guide's name is Phat)) We were picked up from our hotel in Dalat (the guide contacted us the day before). We don't speak English very well, but our guide was very attentive and sent us a Russian translation via WhatsApp. In one day, we visited all the key sights of Dalat: a waterfall, a madhouse, a clay tunnel, a coffee plantation, and more... six locations in total. Entrance fees to the sights are paid separately. Phat is also an excellent photographer 👍 Overall, everything was wonderful, I highly recommend him!
