Satisfied. The Haiyun Hotel was very comfortable, with beautiful Southeast Asian-style decor. I took photos there on the last day of my trip. The service was excellent, making me feel at home after a long journey. It would be even better if Ctrip offered more direct flight + hotel packages in the future; layover flights are too long and tiring. Also, Chengdu Airlines was not satisfactory; the flight attendants were not very friendly, and there were numerous flies in the cabin on both flights.Trip.com picks
