We really enjoyed our day trip during which we saw the beautiful mountains and got to walk among the huge rocks of Castle Hill. Sophie our guide was very thoughtful and efficient. We had a great lunch and snacks. We were well taken care of. We would have enjoyed a bit more commentary but it was well worth the time and cost.

I was extremely satisfied with this hot air balloon experience! 👍 Frank, as the contact person, was very meticulous and professional in arranging everything! He was always online and available throughout the entire trip, providing timely advice and helping to resolve any issues that arose!

CITIC Hot Spring is small and charming; some of the smaller pools can be closed off, allowing a group of friends to enjoy them undisturbed. The hotel itself is quite basic, with outdated facilities. There are no waterfall or mountain climbing activities available; the hotel explained that it was closed due to construction.
