We used it on a trip to Central America. Move by land from Guatemala to Costa Rica. On the first day of Guatemala, I was canceled one time because I was not connected, but after that, I communicated with the customer center on the line and connected. It was very helpful that Uber could use it even if the country changed. I think it was several times more expensive if it was a taxi. It was really good because I could see the map to the hostel. I was able to use it more with peace of mind than money.
