Was worried as had bad experience with another eSIM provider which caused much frustration and hassle. Clear instructions were given in trip app n tried upon arrival at destination to install-activate, then realised didn’t switch on data roaming n then it is done instantly once you activate n will see the travel new eSIM card . Will stick with trip.com for future trips. Cheap n hassle free. Instant activation vs other types I tried.

A great travel solution. We activated the e-SIM on our departure date at a Russian airport, and upon arrival, we had a connection and internet connection without any issues. The package was enough for everything, including ordering a taxi and checking information on the fly.
