Oh my god, Nicole, the customer service representative, was incredibly kind! 🥹 I booked too late and there were no tickets left for the day trip, but I don't drive, so getting to the cruise pier was a huge challenge. She was so incredibly helpful. First, she checked if there was any public transportation, but the buses were sold out, and the bus schedule was too late for the cruise. She then contacted other people and managed to free up two seats for me (please don't follow my example!). I'm so incredibly grateful; she took on so much work that wasn't even her responsibility 😭 Please give her a raise or a bonus! Also, the day trip was really great! I thought the group meal would be some mediocre stuff, but it was actually eaten in a garden restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the fish and chips were better than in Hobart town. The Tasman cruise was also amazing; we saw dolphins, seals, and a huge variety of seabirds. The reefs and moss were stunning—it felt like something out of the movie *How to Train Your Dragon*!

Our tours were great . Both guides had great experience and were very knowledgeable. The golf buggy’s were wonderful to take us around when we needed them . The gift shop had good quality items . Definately wear comfortable supporting shoes .

Must do activity in tasmania. It may be pricey but if you’re lucky worth every penny!! Highly recommend.. Great friendly staff as well knowledgeable guides.
