The park is absolutely stunning! Megan, our guide, was incredibly kind and helpful! Her English was perfectly understandable! We were caught in a heavy downpour in the middle of the park, but Megan immediately arranged for umbrellas to be brought to us from reception! We felt incredibly well taken care of! Paronella Park is a must-see! Thank you for the wonderful experience!★

The koalas were so cute and I was so happy to be able to hold one. They took photos right on time so there was no wasted time. I thought it would be a zoo-like facility so I went early to look around the facility until it was time to hold one, but the main attraction was holding the koalas and the facility was very small so I finished looking around quickly, so I'm glad I arrived a little before my reservation time. The moment I held the koala, it rubbed against me and became so cute I was so happy. They also took some great photos so I'm glad I went.Trip.com Picks
