We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking lesson. Kamila and Irosha were delightful hosts - explaining traditional cooking processes as well as tips for cooking at home. It was fabulous to be involved in preparing the dishes and the end result was the best meal we have had so far in Sri Lanka. The outdoor kitchen is beautiful too and Kamila and Irosha follow impeccable food handling standards. I would highly recommend this very personal cooking experience to anyone interested in Sri Lankan food.
