This is not a cruise that goes around the lake. It goes to Bürgenstock and back. Thanks to a review from one gentleman, we got off the boat and took the furnicular up Bürgenstock resort and had one of the best cocktails. We didn't get window seats in the restuaurant as they are reserved for hotel guests. But we still enjoyed the lake view from there. The boat ride was very smooth. The crew was helpful. We got the furnicular tickets from them. We got the front row seats on the boat so the view was awesome!

It was an amazing day. The organisation was on point and during the whole trip we got a lot of tips and Information about Switzerland, Zurich and Lucerne. We had enough time to enjoy attractions on our own as well. Eva and Marianne were amazing guides.

The trip itself was fantastic and our guide Gabriel was brilliant. unfortunately he was let down by the transportation. The coach broke down 20 mins into our journey and we had to sit and wait for a replacement to arrive. The replacement was smaller and not as nice and also made awful knocking and griding sounds every time we waited at lights or junctions. It sounded like it was going to blow up. Gabriel did amazing to get us there and back although unfortunately we lost about an hour in Lucerne so didn't get to spend as much time seeing and doing everything we wanted. No partial refund was offered for loss of time. The trip overall was fantastic and I would recommend.

Alex and Carlos second time with them) were amazing again. They left on time, were very considerate to the needs of the people on the bus, were patient and always smiling. They answered all questions and allowed us to have a wonderful time on our trip. Thank you both!!

Excellent trip, first skiing experience and was so enjoyable. The coach was comfortable but the day goes so quickly. Lucerne trip was very quick but the entire experience was wonderful!


