Wonderful, worth repeating again and again and again!!! The high-altitude lunch (not included in the ticket price) was fantastic: fair prices, extremely friendly staff, and delicious food. The experience will remain forever in your memory: from the foot of the mountain to Pointe Helbronner, where you can see the entire mountain range.

Absolutely brilliant day out, and amazing sights. Nils our guide was excellent and was really interesting with facts and information he gave us on the trip and the sights we saw. It was a full on day, but we did have some free time in Chamonix to browse/have some lunch so it was also quite relaxing. Highlight was the trip up to Aguille Du Midi with the sights incredible. Weather was very good as well which always helps! Highly recommended trip ,great value for money, and big thanks to Nils for making the day perfect.

We did not have the use of a guide and we’re purely given a map of Chamonix and told when and where to pick up the coach for the return. Free time in Chamonix was fabulous. We explored on our own and the trip allowed us to do what we wanted in the time before the return. The trip was quite expensive for the convenience of being dropped and picked up on resort. We could have done just the same travelling by train.

I bought Package B, but it seems it didn't include a ticket for the icebreaker train. The tour guide asked if I wanted to go, and if so, I'd have to pay an extra 19 Swiss francs, which was reasonable! We visited two places: the Ice Sea Railway and the Aiguille du Midi (South Peak), at 1800m and 3800m respectively. Climbing the Aiguille du Midi was a bit heart-pounding; you should check the weather before going, as it often snows in winter, and on snowy days you can't see anything!

It was a beautiful experience and I recommend seeing Mont Blanc from above at least once in your life, the view is wonderful.


