Ruth shared her Island with us and provided so much insight into Tahiti and the many spectacular views. The vehicle was comfy, we got a trip around the Island and heard so many interesting stories about life in Tahiti. Great tour which I highly recommend.

Roni was an excellent tour guide and we had a wonderful day! It was interesting to hear about the history and see the variety of places. As if turns out Sunday doesn’t have much happening around town so this was the perfect way to spend the day. We stopped at a fabulous place on the beach for lunch (delicious meal). I would say it’s a must do for Tahiti and good way to get out of the city. Thanks Roni, it was lovely to spend the day with you and others in our group. Was great communication during booking and the day prior. Tip lol….I wore runners but also took thongs/flip flops and ended up changing quickly so could easily step in the clear river water along the way which was lovely.

The most insightful tour of our whole Polynesia trip. We spent around 3.5 weeks in French Polynesia and before heading home we had already booked this tour, so glad we did! We were guided by Tracey, who was absolutely lovely and an amazing guide. While this tour could be a bit more expensive than others, it is truly worth it. We learned so much about the island, its culture and Polynesia overall. She also connected experiences by comparing islands we had visited with those other guests were still going to visit, which made it even more interesting. A highlight was the experience with a local school (which happens only about once every eight months). We felt very lucky. The students showed us how to tie a dress, play instruments and open and grate a coconut. Such an authentic experience! We loved the strong focus on local culture. Even if you don’t get this exact school experience, I’m sure you’ll have another amazing cultural higlight. She knows the locals incredibly well.


