I bought a cheap one, but it didn't work even after setting up the VPN, so I gave up and bought another one. After installing the SIM card and turning data off and on, it worked right away. It worked fine when crossing the border between Albania and Macedonia.★

This was a decent simcard for use in the Seychelles, coverage was pretty good but very slow after daily limit was hit. Quite pricy for the limited amount of data, but none the less convenient.
