Really.. Every moment was a perfect experience! First of all, he came to the hotel to pick up from dawn and gave me a glass of water! Really... attentive and thankful! On the way to the hot air balloon, he gave me a lot of information about Florence! Very informative ๐Ÿ’— Also, I was a little worried because it was my first time in a hot air balloon, but I was able to ride without fear and not be nervous! If you apply for this tour, you will have a ecstatic and happy experience!! Watching the sunrise in the hot air balloon is a very special experience! ๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿ’› We were lucky to have only our family on the hot air balloon, but the family loved it so much! The hot air balloon driver is also witty and kind!! After riding the hot air balloon, we celebrated and bursting champagne and Tuscany local food made us even more buzzing ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿพ I want to come back next time ๐Ÿ’— Special and happy for my family Thank you very much for making me full of memories โœจ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป And thank you for taking pictures and videos with drones and good cameras ๐Ÿ˜†

Antoinette is a wonderful and interactive guide with an incredible depth of knowledge! I feel like we had a history tour with all of the amazing food, wine and cocktails! I canโ€™t believe how full i am right nowโ€ฆ thank goodness we have a walk back to our hotel!
