We booked the 0850 slot but was then told that the 0850 slot was fully booked and that we were given an option of an earlier slot of 0750, which I accepted. A day later, we were informed again that the slot for 0850 was open again. Despite the confusion and constant change of schedule timing by the company, we had a great experience flying in the helicopter and glacier hike. The tour guides were very helpful and friendly. We ended up going for the 1150 slot as it was raining early in the morning and that the morning slot was cancelled.
