We enjoyed the museum. But we were a little frustrated by some of the animals we couldn't see because they were hidden. We don't know if that was related to the cold. But the experience was worthwhile.

it was difficult to access actual tickets but we were close to a ticket office and they were very helpful, as was email assistance
