Reviews: Tokyo Station Shinjuku Station Narita Airport <——> Mount Fuji Kawaguchiko Express Bus Ticket (one-way round-trip)

Thank you, Mr. Qiao, for booking the round-trip bus tickets. You provided very detailed and thoughtful instructions on how to use the bus and the route. Very considerate.

We queued at the JR Green Counter at Narita Airport to exchange our tickets. We asked the female employee scanning the queue to confirm if we could exchange our tickets there, and she said yes. However, when we got to the counter, the staff said we couldn't exchange them there and had to go to the JR East Travel Service Center across the street. But that center didn't open until 8:30 AM, so we had to wait in line again. We saw many other travelers walking around in queues like us. Fortunately, the staff at the JR East Travel Service Center were very efficient and quickly processed our ticket exchange. They even asked if we had our travel plans and helped us reserve seats for our flights from the airport to Tokyo Station and from Tokyo Station to Echigo-Yuzawa, which was very thoughtful. The ticket price was excellent value, and we were generally satisfied, although the ticket exchange process was a bit confusing.

Thank you very much! Amazing tour, very convenient, and our driver Gavin was fantastic – friendly, caring, and very professional. He took great care of us, explained everything clearly, and made the whole day so enjoyable. The route was excellent, and we had such a wonderful group of people.

Reviews: Direct one-way express bus ticket: Tokyo to Kawaguchiko
Guest User2025-10-12
Excellent bus! The ride was very comfortable. What was most pleasing was that it was direct, without transfers. There are charging stations on board. There was one 15-minute stop along the way with a restroom and café (see photo). We traveled from "Tokyo Station"; all directions were clear, and the waiting area was comfortable. On the way back, we arrived at Akihabara Station, an open-air stop. When leaving the lake, the bus boarding area is equipped with a waiting area (chairs, a sofa, a table, power outlets, and a restroom). We recommend this mode of transport.
